Why We Started
Founder Randy Clinkscales was inspired to shift the focus of his practice after experiencing the challenges of coordinating long-distance care for his grandmother in Texas. Through that experience, he recognized the growing need for guidance related to aging and long-term care.
He saw that traditional estate planning often did not fully address the real-life challenges families face when dealing with chronic illness, long-term care decisions, and financial uncertainty, especially when the goal is to help loved ones remain independent, receive quality care, and afford that care.
Under his leadership, the firm has grown into a comprehensive elder law practice focused on helping families navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence. Today, the firm serves clients across Kansas with a commitment to practical guidance and meaningful support.
