Ashley Englund

Ashley Englund is a legal assistant with eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. Her work now focuses on long-term care planning, non-Medicaid planning, probate, and trust administration, where she supports clients through important planning and administrative processes.

Ashley enjoys helping clients navigate estate planning and probate, and finds it especially rewarding to see the sense of satisfaction and peace of mind they feel when leaving the office. She values being part of a process that brings clarity and reassurance during important life decisions.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys the simple comforts that remind her of where she grew up. She was born and raised in Washington and still appreciates good coffee and anything that reflects the Pacific Northwest.

A fun fact about her is that she often shares the reminder, “You can never be too early, but you can certainly be too late, when it comes to estate planning.”
