Adam Dees

Adam Dees is a practicing Kansas elder law attorney and a partner of Clinkscales Elder Law Practice, P.A. He is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and has been selected as a Kansas and Missouri Rising Superstar Lawyer since 2022, including recognition in 2023 and 2024. He is also a co-author of What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life.

Adam dedicates his practice to estate planning, long-term planning, special and supplemental needs planning, and helping seniors find, get, and pay for quality care. He authored the booklet The Consumer's Guide to Supplemental Needs Planning, which focuses on helping families plan for loved ones with special needs. He also educates the community through seminars such as “Estate Planning Secrets,” “Don’t Lose the Farm: How to Pay for Long-Term Care Without Going Broke,” and “Doing Dementia Differently.”

Outside of his legal practice, Adam and his wife, Alyssa, keep busy with their children, Kae and Rachel. He also enjoys sailing on any body of water he can find, golfing, and spending time with their dogs, Brigette and Simon.
