Clinkscales Elder Law Practice, P.A. is committed to ensuring your services remain uninterrupted if our community is impacted by Coronavirus (COVID-19). The health, safety and well-being of our team, clients, and friends of the office is our number one priority.
We have technology in place to allow our team members to operate away from our office, while at the same time providing excellent care of our clients without risking anyone's health. Most of our team will be working remotely until further notice and we are temporarily suspending in-office appointments. However, business operations will continue as usual in a remote environment.
We are strongly urging our clients and our guests to please refrain from coming into the office to drop off documents. Instead, we encourage you to send them to us via USPS, email or fax. Team members will not be available to meet with drop-ins or unscheduled appointments, but will be available to meet via teleconference or video conference.
What does this mean?
Our office is fully operational. We will maintain regular office hours though many of our team members will be working remotely. However, we are restricting public access to the office.
Our office and the accounting firm with whom we share space will be closed to the public for the purposes of face to face meetings.
We are available for telephone and video conferencing, and can assist you with the process. We will make it as user friendly as possible.
You can also contact us through email.
We will not meet with drop in or unscheduled appointments.
If you need to provide documents to our office, send them to us via USPS, email or fax.
